Three days. Once you sign up and send us your logo and basic business info, we build it and get it live. No weeks-long back and forth, no drawn-out approval process.
Just your logo and basic business information — your business name, phone number, service area, and any licenses you want displayed. We handle everything else. Once the site is live, you're also welcome to send us photos you'd like used on specific pages and we'll swap them in.
If something needs to change — a phone number, a service area, a license — just reach out and we'll handle it. You can also send us your own photos to use on the site, or request minor wording changes at any time. Just send it over and we'll take care of it. We don't give you a login and ask you to figure it out yourself.
Most of our clients fall into one of two categories — and both are a great fit. The first is contractors who don't have a site that works for them. It's outdated, hard to find, or wasn't built with search in mind. We replace it with something that performs. Nothing. We pick the topics, write the content, and publish it. You don't write anything, review anything, or approve anything. Just run your business. That said, you're always welcome to review what we publish and request minor changes or ask us to remove anything that doesn't fit. It's your site.
A website gets you in the game — content is how you win it. Every page we add to your site is another search where your name can show up instead of a competitor's. Homeowners searching for AC repair, heating installation, or duct cleaning in your area are looking right now. The more your site covers, the more of those searches you show up in. Content also compounds over time. A site with six months of consistent content outranks a static site that hasn't changed since it launched. The sooner you start, the bigger the lead you build. Beyond search, a content-rich site builds trust. By the time someone calls you, they've already read through your pages and decided you know what you're doing.
Professional and Premium plans both include ongoing content. Basic does not. Professional includes one new page published every month. Premium includes one new page every week. If getting found in search is a priority — and for most contractors it should be — Professional or Premium is the right fit. Basic is a strong option if you primarily want a clean, professional web presence for clients who already know your name.
Experience. We know the questions homeowners ask — equipment questions, repair symptoms, brand-specific searches, seasonal topics — because we've been in the industry. Every page we write is built around real search intent, not generic blog posts about the importance of HVAC maintenance.
Real people. Every page is written by someone who actually understands HVAC — not generated and published. We do use AI to tailor content to your specific location and personalize it for your local audience, but the writing itself comes from us. The difference is that we know what homeowners need to read before they pick up the phone, and we write for that.
You'll show up in search almost immediately — the question is where. A brand new site won't outrank established competitors overnight, and there's no honest answer that promises a specific timeline for that. What we can tell you is that a properly built site with consistent content grows over time. The more content your site has, the more searches you show up in and the higher you rank. Starting sooner matters.
Yes — as part of onboarding, we'll configure your business email for you at no extra charge. To do this, your domain needs to be registered with Porkbun and you'll need to add us as an account member so we can complete the setup without needing your login credentials. This is a one-time setup. Once it's done, the account is yours to manage. We don't provide ongoing email support — password resets, adding new users, or troubleshooting email issues are on you after that point. Email hosting is billed directly by Porkbun and is not included in your Crimix subscription.
Porkbun is a domain registrar — the place where you buy and manage your domain name (like yourbusiness.com). We recommend it because it's straightforward, affordable, and gives us a consistent setup experience — which means faster onboarding and fewer things that can go wrong. If you don't have a domain yet, registering with Porkbun is the easiest path. If you already have a domain somewhere else, you can stay there — we'll handle DNS setup for you regardless. You'll just be responsible for your own email configuration in that case.

Yes. We use a simple service agreement to set clear expectations on both sides. That said, we don't believe in locking you in — if Crimix isn't working for your business, you can cancel anytime. No penalties, no hassle.
Yes. Our agreement is month-to-month. You can cancel anytime and your service continues through the end of the current billing period. No penalties, no fees — just reach out and we'll take care of it.
No setup fee. You pay your first month and we get to work. That's it.
